Key Principles

Before reviewing the full terms, please note the four most important principles that apply to every pct55 account and every interaction with the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pct55 website and using any of its services — including sports betting, casino games, crash games, slots, and fish games — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. To access real-money features on pct55, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on pct55. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. This includes accounts registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods if they are found to belong to the same individual.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Voided Bets

pct55 may void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: events being cancelled or abandoned; obvious errors in odds pricing; technical failures affecting the integrity of the event; or where a market has been offered in error. In all cases of voiding, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit the platform or its systems.

pct55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pct55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
